Caption: I worked for Yukon Gold Company up to the end of August, 1923 and then left Dawson to enter Stanford University. On arrival in San Francisco, I stayed for a few days with my Aunt Pauline Elhing, before moving to Stanford. I had qualified for entrance there by reason of being "matriculated" by University of Toronto, who credentials were accepted by Stanford. These are views of Stanford at it was in
