Our meeting room The Wals is on the first floor in a large historical barn with high cielings and good ventilation. Corona-proof meetings in this space allows for 15 people. This meeting location is equipped with a large monitor screen, wi-fi, and plenty of free parking.

Costs for renting out the meeting room are 21,50 euro per person per day.  These costs include an (organic) local lunch with delicious sandwiches, coffee/tea and beverages throughout the day. During nice weather, you may enjoy your lunch in the garden with a view.

Minimum number of people per booking: 5.

Extra’s: You can take a short walk during breaks and visit the local museum The Moezekoettel.

Contact us to wind up your day with a wine-tasting at our neighbor’s beautiful winery Montferland. Their wines have received national and international awards (i.e. gold medals from Berlin and Vienna).

In mid-March 2021 we opened our first guesthouse apartment to the public. Bookings for weekends for 2-3 guests are possible in our restored house. We are also converting our third barn to make two guesthouse apartments.

Every year in September we open our garden and bakery at the Wilbrinkshof for the public. This free event offers you the chance to see inside a working historical bakery, one of the nicest in the Gelderland province. You can taste fresh baked bread, buy bread to take home, and enjoy live music in our garden.

At the end of October, beginning of November the Wals community hosts a contemporary ‘fox’ hunt. Local farmers allow access to their fields. Beautiful large horses, experienced riders in traditional red hunter jackets and, the stars of the show, the hunting dogs, chase through the fields and jump over the canals following the scent laid down by a horse and rider using a scent doused cloth. The dogs are closely followed by the hunters and their horses who also jump over the canals. A popular stop on this hunt is the traditional Sherry stop which takes place at the Wilbrinkshof. This event is available to a limited general public. Contact us if you are interested.

During nice weather live music concerts can be organized in our garden.

This workshop is held during the fall with pumpkins from our local organic garden. Minimum number of participants: 6. If interested, please contact us.

In this workshop you learn to make authentic Italian thin crust pizza in a garden oven, outdoor over or bakery hut. Very popular as a team outing. Minimum number of participants: 10. If interested, please contact us.
