TEM/FIB Grid Holder Assembly for t-EBSD, M4 SS Polished 110±2nm for TGZ-100DESCRIPTION EBSD pre tilt holder including TEM FIB Grid holder that can be positioned at 70 or 20. Pre Tilt holder is machined from aluminum with M4 threaded base. Grid holder is made of machined aluminum with clip made of a phosphor bronze alloy and brass screw. Allen set screw is M3 x 3mm made of stainless steel. Allen wrench included.
