Ancient Shores Trios situated at 450 foot elevationThis 2020 Chardonnay was grown at roughly 450 foot elevation, at a remarkable place in the southwestern slope of the Eola Amity Hills. Millions of years ago this hillside was a shoal in an ancient inner sea where salt water lapped gently against the sand. Now, fossilized sandstone and petrified wood lay inches beneath the soil. When standing on this crest we have a panoramic view of the fertile, forested valley below, while the resulting wine is still
